• "Account" means the personal player account registered by you on the tbajji platform.

tbajji reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the last three months. Until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided, tbajji may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to specific games at its sole discretion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbajji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
